Bike Knowledge Core Skills: 1-day Mountain Bike Skills Courses
How do some people make it look so easy? Some riders seem to be able to ride up hills, over obstacles and then fly down the hills with more speed and finesse and much less effort. How do they do it?
Well some people have natural born talent for sure. But for the rest of us, it's all about learning how to ride a bike properly. There are some basic techniques that you need to mountain bike over most terrain, learn these and you'll be able to ride 99% of anything in the world.
Bike Knowledge are running one-day Core Skills courses on the last Saturday of the month in the Pentlands Hills near Edinburgh. An intensive morning of skills in a safe environment followed by the chance to put these into practice in the natural terrain of the Pentlands.
