It takes around 16 hours to achieve the perfect wheel. Every Lightweight wheel is made in one of the most advanced composite facilities around, in Friedrichshafen, Germany. Here, raw materials such as specialist carbon fibre, epoxy resins, special foam cores, hub components and many other parts are combined to build the ultimate wheels.”
